BookLabPro Publishing Service respects intellectual property rights and adheres to ethical publishing standards. This Plagiarism Policy explains our approach to originality, copyright compliance, and the responsibilities of clients who purchase and use our digital products.
What Is Plagiarism
Plagiarism refers to copying, reproducing, distributing, or using text, images, designs, ideas, concepts, structures, or other intellectual property created by third parties without proper authorization, license, or legal right. This includes both intentional and unintentional misuse of copyrighted materials.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all digital products sold by BookLabPro Publishing Service through shop.booklabpro.com, including but not limited to ready-made books, manuscripts, templates, and other downloadable publishing materials (“Products”).
Client Responsibility
By purchasing and using any Product from BookLabPro Publishing Service, the Client confirms and guarantees that:
- they understand and comply with applicable international copyright and intellectual property laws;
- they will not use the Products in any manner that infringes the rights of third parties;
- they assume full responsibility for how the Product is used, modified, published, distributed, marketed, or monetized.
BookLabPro Publishing Service does not monitor, control, or verify how the Client applies or alters the Product after delivery.
Originality of Products
All ready-made digital Products offered by BookLabPro Publishing Service are reviewed prior to sale. However, due to the nature of digital publishing and market reuse, we do not guarantee absolute uniqueness or originality once a Product is reused, edited, combined with other materials, translated, or published by the Client on third-party platforms.
Third-Party Platforms Disclaimer (Amazon KDP, etc.)
BookLabPro Publishing Service is not affiliated with Amazon, Amazon KDP, or any other third-party publishing or distribution platforms. We do not influence or control content moderation decisions, approval processes, account suspensions, content removals, or any other actions performed by such platforms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookLabPro Publishing Service shall not be held liable for:
- plagiarism or copyright claims arising from the Client’s use, reuse, or modification of the Product;
- disputes, complaints, or legal actions initiated by third parties;
- rejection, removal, suppression, or blocking of content or accounts on Amazon KDP or other platforms;
- any direct or indirect financial, reputational, commercial, or consequential losses related to the above.
Copyright Claims and Notices
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used improperly in one of our Products, please submit a detailed notice to info@booklabpro.com.
Your notice should include sufficient information to identify the copyrighted work and the alleged infringement, and any supporting documentation you consider relevant.
Payment Processing Notice
Payment transactions are processed exclusively via WayForPay. BookLabPro Publishing Service does not collect, store, or process any payment card information.
Finality of Digital Purchases
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon payment, all purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible.
By completing the payment, the Client expressly confirms understanding and acceptance of all applicable policies and agrees that no refunds or chargebacks will be requested.
Policy Updates
BookLabPro Publishing Service reserves the right to update or modify this Plagiarism Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
Governing Law
This Plagiarism Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
