These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “User”) and BookLabPro Publishing Service (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) governing your access to and use of the website shop.booklabpro.com and the purchase of digital products.

By accessing the website or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services and Products

BookLabPro Publishing Service provides:

  • ready-made digital books,
  • publishing templates and materials,
  • educational and informational products related to Amazon KDP and self-publishing.

All products are delivered digitally.
No physical goods are sold or shipped.

3. Digital Product Delivery

Access to digital products is granted immediately after successful payment confirmation.
Once access is provided or files are delivered, the transaction is considered completed.

The Client is responsible for ensuring they have the technical capability to access and use digital files.

4. Payments and Processing

All payments are processed exclusively via Shopify Payments, a third-party payment provider.

BookLabPro Publishing Service:

  • does not collect,
  • does not store,
  • does not process payment card information.

Payment transactions are subject to Shopify Payments’ terms and security policies.

5. Finality of Purchase and Consent

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon payment, all purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible.

By completing the payment, the Client expressly:

  • confirms understanding of this condition,
  • agrees to all applicable policies (Refund Policy, Plagiarism Policy, Privacy Policy),
  • agrees that no refunds or chargebacks will be requested.

6. No Revisions or Modifications

All products are sold “as is.”

  • Products are fully reviewed prior to sale.
  • No revisions, edits, or custom modifications are included.
  • Requests based on personal preferences, publishing goals, or platform feedback are not grounds for refunds or disputes.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All products and materials available on the website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial publishing purposes.

The Client may not:

  • resell,
  • redistribute,
  • share,
  • sublicense,
  • or provide access to the product to third parties in any form.

8. Client Responsibility and Use of Products

The Client assumes full responsibility for:

  • how the product is used, modified, published, or distributed;
  • compliance with copyright laws;
  • compliance with third-party platform rules (including Amazon KDP).

BookLabPro Publishing Service does not control how products are applied after delivery.

9. Third-Party Platforms Disclaimer

BookLabPro Publishing Service is not affiliated with Amazon, Amazon KDP, or any other third-party platform.

We do not guarantee:

  • approval of content,
  • account acceptance,
  • rankings, bestseller status,
  • sales volume or income.

All platform decisions are made independently by third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookLabPro Publishing Service shall not be liable for:

  • account suspensions or terminations,
  • content rejection or removal,
  • loss of profits, income, or business opportunities,
  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the purchased product.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without prior written communication with BookLabPro Publishing Service constitutes a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to:

  • suspend access,
  • deny future purchases,
  • provide documentation to payment processors to contest disputes.

12. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to deny access or terminate services if:

  • these Terms are violated,
  • fraudulent activity is suspected,
  • intellectual property rights are infringed.

13. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website or products constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
