Refund policy

BookLabPro Publishing Service provides digital publishing products and services intended for professional use. This Refund & Revision Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or revisions may be granted.

1. Digital Products

All products sold on shop.booklabpro.com are digital goods, including but not limited to:

  • ready-made books
  • manuscripts
  • templates
  • publishing files and materials

Due to the intangible nature of digital products and instant access upon purchase, all sales are final.

2. No Refund Policy

BookLabPro Publishing Service does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital products once:

  • the product has been delivered;
  • access to the product has been granted;
  • the file has been downloaded.

By completing a purchase, the Client expressly agrees to waive any right to a refund.

3. No Revisions Policy

All ready-made products are sold “as is.”

  • Products are fully reviewed and prepared for publication prior to sale.
  • No revisions, edits, customizations, or modifications are included or offered.
  • Requests for changes based on personal preference, publishing goals, or platform feedback do not qualify for revisions or refunds.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following case:

  • the product was not delivered due to a verified technical failure on our side.

In such cases, the Client must contact us within 48 hours of purchase at info@booklabpro.com with proof of the issue.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed without prior communication may result in:

  • immediate suspension of access to purchased products;
  • denial of future purchases;
  • legal action where permitted by law.

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any issues.

6. Governing Law

This Refund & Revision Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
